The Venetian is committed to serving a diverse clientele and specializes in international cuisine. Quality in the preparation and the selection of culinary delights is top priority. The Venetian has implemented the HACCP standard of kitchen preparation and operation, which is considered more stringent than that imposed by the Ontario Ministry of Health. The Venetian has an on-site, fully equipped Kosher Kitchen and sales consultants who are specialized in Kosher Cuisine to effectively serve the Jewish Community. To date, the Jewish clientele makes up well over 25% of our business. This is just another way The Venetian caters to the diverse nationalities, thus helping to foster multicultralism, which is thriving in the magnificent City of Vaughan and surrounding areas.
